Game Brain Puzzles provides a collection of puzzle games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

All content within the App, including puzzles, design, graphics, and software, is the property of the developer of Game Brain Puzzles and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without permission.

Puzzle content, daily challenges, and game features may change or be updated at any time without notice.

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Game Brain Puzzles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
